About the position

The Psychotherapist at Aspyre Wellness is responsible for providing outpatient individual, couples, and group therapy to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. The role emphasizes creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients while promoting mental health awareness and self-care. The position requires maintaining a minimum number of client hours per week and involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site clinical counseling services to patients as scheduled and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain 15 client hours per week with availability for 18 client hours per week.
• Respond to service requests and concerns within two hours.
• Communicate with a patient's treatment team as necessary.
• Complete written records for each patient within 24 hours.
• Charge and collect payments from patients for services provided.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed.
• Conduct counseling services in a professional manner to maintain the reputation of Aspyre Wellness.
• Maintain professional dress and demeanor in the office and while representing the company.
• Attend regularly scheduled one-on-one supervision and group supervisions as needed.

Requirements

• Must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Licensed as LSW, LPC, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop niche markets for counseling services.
