About the position
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PT Assistant) at HSHS Prevea Outpatient in Sheboygan is responsible for treating assigned patients and executing treatment plans as outlined by the plan of care. Responsibilities
- Treat assigned patients according to the treatment plan outlined by the plan of care.
- Educate patients, families, students, and co-workers on therapy practices and self-professional advancement.
- Engage in the development of therapy program services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited program meeting the licensure requirements in the state of practice.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice is required.
- Certified in BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment is required.
