About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every shopper leaves with a smile. Our team is composed of highly motivated, dynamic, and upbeat individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and excited to support Shoe Palace's continued growth. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and engaging with customers to help them find the perfect products. You will be running around the store, climbing ladders, and actively selling shoes while having fun in a vibrant retail environment. We believe that retail is not dead; it is evolving, and we want you to be a part of this exciting journey with us. We are looking for individuals who are 18 years or older (or 16+ with appropriate work permits) and have open availability during weekends. If you have a passion for fashion, shoes, and customer service, we want to hear from you! While previous customer service experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. If you are driven, enthusiastic, and enjoy talking to people, you will fit right in with our team.
