About the position

The PT Bakery Associate at The GIANT Company plays a crucial role in the bakery department, responsible for preparing and baking goods while ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule and prepare for duties at the start of the shift.
• Assemble and mix ingredients for baked goods.
• Place mixed ingredients on trays and push racks to the oven for baking.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print and label them appropriately.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, and display cases.
• Track and record loss of products.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to complete job duties and comply with safety regulations.
• Completion of a 60-day introductory (probationary) period is required.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Ability to use or learn to use the necessary equipment and tools for the job.
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet company performance standards.
