The role involves reporting clear and concise data to the AR Manager and AR Team, performing tasks such as research, customer AR account reconciliation, data entry, and discrepancy management. The ability to adapt to change quickly while resolving current issues is essential, along with other duties assigned by the AR Management Team.

Responsibilities

  • Report clear and concise data to the AR Manager, AR Team, and/or customers.
  • Perform tasks as assigned which include activities such as research, customer AR account reconciliation, data entry, and discrepancy management.
  • Adapt to change quickly while still resolving current issues.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the AR Management Team.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a full 29 hours per week.
  • AR or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills required.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent reconciliation and proactive critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to work and complete projects independently, as well as within a team environment.
