About the position

As a Custom Experience Manager at our Towson location, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience by leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and support. Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales and achieving store goals, as well as maintaining high standards of customer service. You will collaborate with other departments to implement promotional strategies and events that engage our customers and enhance their shopping experience. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve our offerings and services.
