About the position

The Customer Experience Admin at Serendipity Labs is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for members and guests. This part-time role involves managing daily operations, assisting with events, and ensuring the workspace meets brand standards. The position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute positively to the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and users of the lab at reception.
• Effectively handle phone and in-person requests for assistance.
• Anticipate member needs with keen attention to detail.
• Open and close the lab location to meet brand standards.
• Maintain the appearance of the lab, including reception, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Perform light cleaning duties to ensure the lab is up to brand standards.
• Assist in delivering meetings and events, including setup, catering, and cleanup.
• Contribute to member events and foster community engagement.
• Assist with local marketing activities to generate interest in the lab.
• Maintain accurate member information in billing software.
• Act as a brand champion by being knowledgeable about all lab locations and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality position
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to perform low impact physical tasks, such as using stairs, walking, and lifting.
