About the position

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. This part-time role focuses on assisting customers with their shopping needs, ensuring a friendly checkout experience, and maintaining store standards. The position also involves engaging customers with store programs and participating in various merchandise and recovery tasks to uphold the brand's promises.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in locating products.
  • Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience while adhering to cash handling standards.
  • Engage customers about the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, completing enrollments as necessary.
  • Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
  • Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery.
  • Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
  • Support shrink and safety programs.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • Interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members, promoting the organization's vision and values.
  • Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move throughout the store and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising standards.
