About the position

The Industrial Engineer at Flextronics Technology Indonesia is responsible for enhancing productivity through effective management of workers, business organization methods, and technology. This role focuses on solving organizational and production-related problems efficiently, contributing to the company's mission of designing and building intelligent products for a connected world.

Responsibilities

• Simulate process, materials, and manufacturing workflow using tools like REFA, MOST, and WITNESS.
• Coordinate process planning and setup for new lines, considering takt, cycle time, and direct labor requirements.
• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data to optimize the use of workers and equipment.
• Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce costs, and improve performance in areas such as LEAN, Automation, and Six Sigma projects.
• Coordinate process planning and setup during New Product Introduction (NPI), reviewing results during prototyping and trial runs, and providing feedback to the NPI and sales teams.
• Perform other relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization and customers.
• Well organized and disciplined with good attention to detail.
• Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Accurate, data-driven, logical, and analytical.
