About the position

As a PT Framer at our Winchester location, you will play a crucial role in building customer relationships while providing exceptional framing solutions for their art. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in navigating our store, ensuring they find exactly what they are looking for. You will be expected to maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment, which is essential for a positive shopping experience. In this position, you will adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements. You will embrace your role as a personal designer, utilizing the Elevated ABC Deliver approach to foster relationships with customers while delivering custom framing solutions. Your ability to deliver sales and production results will be key to your success in this role. You will complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and timeliness, maintain the ready-made frame department, and ensure that other assigned areas are well-stocked and organized. Providing friendly customer service is paramount; you will help customers shop and find products while ensuring the store is well-merchandised and in-stock. Additionally, you will support shrink and safety programs, interact positively with customers and colleagues, and participate in the truck unloading and stocking processes. Operating the cash register and executing cash handling procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. This role may require you to assist with omni-channel processes and perform other duties as assigned, making flexibility and adaptability important traits for success.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • Embrace and execute personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with all customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
  • Deliver sales and production results.
  • Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
  • Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
  • Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well-merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
  • Support shrink and safety programs.
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization's vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model for others.
  • Participate in the truck unload and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
  • Acknowledge customers, help locate product and provide solutions.
  • Assist with omni-channel processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
  • Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
