• Receive deliveries, breakdown loads, and rotate cooler.
• Weigh, price, and label products.
• Stock cases and select products for display.
• Prepare value-added products for customers.
• Provide exemplary customer service to enhance customer experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and engage in suggestive selling.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met in all meat product areas.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Process cuts for service counter or special orders as needed.
• Set up and maintain the service case.
