About the position

The Night Auditor/PM Hotel Guest Service Agent is responsible for maintaining guest service standards during overnight shifts while managing the hotel's financial transactions and reports. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to work flexible hours, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and efficient operation of the front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Balancing paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, and reconciling credit cards.
  • Inputting revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
  • Completing front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, and handling guest requests.
  • Answering guests' questions about hotel services and amenities.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience (6 months to 1 year).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Knowledgeable of computerized systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
