Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and greet patients warmly.
  • Handle phone calls and written communication with professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's calendar.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Support the leadership team in various projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • 1 year of writing skills experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable with technology, including scheduling software and Quickbooks POS.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in small business or marketing.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp newsletters or social media video skills.
