About the position

The PT - Office Clerk position at Arizona Western College provides essential support services for students, staff, faculty, and the public in La Paz County. Responsibilities

  • Serve students by managing admissions, registration, proctoring tests, cashiering, and payments.
  • Assist in the enrollment process and financial aid, handling confidential student records.
  • Help students navigate learning management systems and connect to remote support services.
  • Provide general college information to staff, students, and the public via phone, online, and in person.
  • Support events by directing patrons, answering questions, and ensuring proper use of equipment.
  • Monitor the fitness center, logging usage and maintaining equipment, while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Complete necessary injury/incident reports and maintain cleanliness and security of assigned areas.
  • Participate in work-related training and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Computer literate and able to navigate online platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Arizona Western College.
  • Three years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • One year of data entry experience.
