About the position

The PT Operations Assistant Manager at Dollar Tree is responsible for assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated and assigned by the Store Manager. This role is designed to support the store's daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain store standards and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED or Equivalent) is preferred.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a retail supervisory role is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Vietnamese) are a plus.
