About the position

The PT Sales Associate at LOFT International Plaza is responsible for driving revenue through exceptional client service, relationship building, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. This role focuses on meeting individual and store goals while providing a positive shopping experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed divisional, store, and individual financial and credit goals.
• Provide excellent client service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Build relationships with clients to create loyalty and address concerns effectively.
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and tasks with a client focus.
• Maintain an organized and accessible work area and adhere to loss prevention practices.
• Participate in inventory preparation and report to work as scheduled.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
• Ability to function as a role model, ensuring client remains the top priority.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of visual standards and techniques for merchandising.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and provide change without error.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with ANN INC. brand and products.
