Associates will engage in styling clients, maintaining the sales floor, and educating customers about exclusive collections, all within a supportive and dynamic team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create loyalty with customers.
• Create fitting room experiences and assist in styling clients.
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Educate clients on exclusive collections and cross-sell between Sandro and Maje.
• Participate in store-wide events and promotions in collaboration with department store hosts.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior service experience.
• Strong love for customer service.
• Friendly and outgoing communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and retail.
• Social media savvy.
• Flexibility in scheduling.
