Responsibilities

• Embrace the brands by wearing the products and demonstrating passion for Lee and Wrangler.
• Greet each customer and actively engage them on the sales floor with open-ended questions.
• Assist customers in the fitting room and suggest products that meet their needs.
• Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures.
• React quickly to customer and associate injuries, reporting them to the manager on duty.
• Adhere to visual merchandising standards as directed.
• Promote a respectful store culture that values diversity and encourages participation and creativity.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance store sustainability and recognize environmental impact.

Requirements

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous retail or service-oriented experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to exceed sales results.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Operate office equipment and technology such as cash registers and computers.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking.
• Ability to reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items and maintain store cleanliness.
