Responsibilities
- Deliver a transformational client experience and build the brand one customer at a time.
- Drive business through sales and meet personal sales goals.
- Create the customer experience using selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers and team members.
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships.
Requirements
- One-to-three years' experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
