About the position

As a Part-Time Seasonal Replenishment Team Member at our Winchester location, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and organized. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in locating products, providing solutions to their shopping needs, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. You will be involved in various merchandise duties, including truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises. In this role, you will engage with customers to promote our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, helping them understand the benefits and completing enrollments. You will also educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, ensuring their feedback is captured and valued. Additionally, you will assist with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), contributing to a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will extend to participating in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly and is easily accessible. You will be responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, including handling returns and ensuring the store is well-merchandised and in-stock. Supporting shrink and safety programs will also be part of your duties, as you adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements. You will interact with customers and team members in a respectful and positive manner, serving as a role model for others. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production may also be part of your role, allowing you to expand your skills and contribute to the team in various ways. Other duties may be assigned as needed, making this a dynamic and engaging position.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in shopping the store.
  • Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
  • Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, completing enrollments.
  • Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
  • Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process.
  • Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
  • Support shrink and safety programs.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values.
  • Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
