As a Seasonal Service Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in locating products, providing solutions to their inquiries, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. You will be expected to engage customers about the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, facilitating their enrollment in these programs. Additionally, you will educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, helping us gather valuable feedback to improve our services. In this role, you will also assist with various Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Your duties will extend to participating in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planogram (POGs) standards throughout the store. You will be responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, ensuring that the store is well-merchandised and in-stock. This includes handling merchandise returns and general store recovery tasks. You will also perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, while supporting shrink and safety programs to maintain a secure shopping environment. Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies is essential to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements. You will interact with customers and team members in a respectful and positive manner, promoting the organization's vision and values. As a role model for other team members, you will project a positive image and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Additionally, you may be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, allowing you to assist in various areas of the store as needed. Other duties may be assigned as required to meet the needs of the business.
