About the position
The position is focused on supporting both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires flexibility, resourcefulness, and collaboration, with responsibilities ranging from customer service to operational tasks. Responsibilities
- Act as a greeter and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with packing and unpacking shipments.
- Organize the stock room to support product flow.
- Execute operational policies and procedures.
- Handle cash register duties and answer phones.
- Support front of house and back of house operations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
