Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our travel team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting located in Camas, WA. Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Active Washington State SNF UNIT license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
