About the position

As a Public Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in assisting policyholders who have experienced property damage. This position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage the claims process from start to finish while ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout. You will work directly with clients, contractors, and other industry professionals to facilitate the claims process and help clients recover from their losses.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients to assess their property damage and understand their insurance policies.
• Conducting thorough investigations and preparing detailed claim reporting.
• Managing the claims process from start to finish, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Calling company generated leads to inform them of your role in the insurance claims process.

Requirements

• Active Florida All-Lines Public Adjuster License (320-PCA) preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in public adjusting or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• A positive and professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Workers' compensation law.
