About the position

The Public Adjuster position at Frontier Claims involves advocating for homeowners and policyholders in property insurance claims. The role focuses on negotiating settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients, utilizing provided documentation and data. While prior experience as an adjuster is not required, candidates with insurance industry experience are preferred. The position is primarily desk-based with some fieldwork, requiring strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to provide information, answer inquiries, and address any concerns or issues
• Make outbound calls to insurance carriers to provide documentation, answer questions, and negotiate a settlement
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently for our claims

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls to customers and insurance companies

Nice-to-haves

• Multilingual abilities are a plus (Bilingual)
