Verus is in search of a Public Markets Research Analyst to join our Verus Seattle office. The Public Markets team is responsible for researching third-party investment products that invest in publicly traded equity and fixed income. This role is integral to our investment function, and we believe that in-person collaboration fosters a more dynamic work environment. Candidates should have at least two years of research or analysis experience in finance or investments, investment manager research, external portfolio manager programs, and/or institutional investment consulting. The Public Markets Research Analyst will primarily focus on analysis, database maintenance, and documentation of investment manager due diligence across several asset classes. Essential functions of the position include report production, investment manager monitoring, and data management. The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, determined by market pay, internal peer equity, education, credentials, relevant skills and expertise, past employment experience, and geographic pay differentials.
