About the position

We are seeking a talented Public Relations Account Executive to join our vibrant and fast-paced team in Miami. The ideal candidate will lead Media Accounts with a focus on Content Strategy, Creation and Distribution, Social Management and Strategy, as well as Data-Driven Reporting and Analysis. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners to pursue media opportunities effectively. The candidate must be able to work under tight media deadlines while meeting the demands and pressures of both the team and clients. An approachable, friendly, and empathetic demeanor is essential, as the role requires relating to people at various levels within the agency, with clients, and with the media. The ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality is a must. In this position, you will generate media attention through distinctive and creative stories, conduct thorough research for every project to understand data and target campaigns effectively, and develop creative recommendations for clients. You will also be responsible for building media and influencer lists, researching editorial calendars, and identifying new outlets. Reporting will be a key aspect of the role, with daily communications, monthly performance reports, and quarterly analysis expected. A high attention to detail is necessary, as you will develop communication plans and create compelling storylines that resonate with target audiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant PR or marketing experience in US market agency environment
  • Understanding of Product Launches, Brand Storytelling, Media and Influencer Relations Strategies, Digital/new media marketing strategies
  • Expert in persuasive writing and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
