About the position

The Public Relations Agent at TROLLCO INC is responsible for overseeing online and telecom guest relations for Hoedown Hill. This part-time role focuses on ensuring that guests' inquiries are addressed accurately and promptly, contributing to a smooth guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and enjoy interacting with people, while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate person.
• Provide information, send Gift-A-Passes, and assist with ticket sales over the phone.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints, resolving them promptly or escalating to the Guest Services Manager.
• Maintain records of each guest interaction and feedback.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of activities, amenities, and procedures of Hoedown Hill.
• Respond to emails promptly using provided templates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and attention to guest requests and details.
• Capable of addressing guest issues or concerns calmly and professionally.
• Familiarity with office software, phone systems, and reservation systems.
• Strong written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Ability to learn how to effectively use Canva, Outlook, Tixr, and the website system with provided training.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Two years of management experience.
