About the position

The Public Relations and Marketing Director at On With Life is a leadership role responsible for enhancing the organization's visibility and community outreach through strategic public relations, marketing, and communications efforts. This position plays a crucial role in the growth and success of the organization, directing all internal and external communications, digital marketing, media relations, and community outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute all internal and external communications, digital marketing, media relations, and community outreach strategies.
• Develop and oversee an ongoing marketing and communications campaign in support of the organization's strategic goals.
• Create and oversee the coordination of an online digital marketing strategy.
• Manage community outreach projects to enhance On With Life's presence in the marketplace.
• Support the communication efforts to donors, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate the content development needs for various communication mediums (magazine, website, brochures).

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, advertising, business or other related field.
• A minimum of eight years of public relations and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare or non-profit field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent project management and relationship building skills.
