About the position

The Public Relations, Events and Sales Support role at ALLO Communications LLC is designed for a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and build relationships within the community and with external partners. Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day operations of events, sponsorships, and local community involvement.
  • Take notes, send agendas, and assign tasks to team members for event execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date event calendars and establish project timelines to meet key milestones.
  • Analyze sales data to assess customer acquisition and retention through events.
  • Engage with customers in ALLO offices to build relationships and provide coverage.
  • Participate in community activities, Chamber lunches, and business networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Goal-oriented with a motivational attitude.
