About the position
The Public Relations, Events, and Sales Support position at ALLO Communications involves executing various marketing tasks, managing events, and fostering community relationships. Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operations of events, sponsorships, and local involvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Take notes, send agendas, and assign tasks to team members for event planning.
- Maintain up-to-date event calendars using Outlook.
- Establish project timelines to meet key milestones and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Analyze sales data to assess the impact of events on customer acquisition and retention.
- Engage with customers in ALLO offices to build relationships and provide support.
- Participate in community activities, Chamber lunches, and business networking events.
Requirements
- Associate or 4-year degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or event coordination.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and feedback.
