This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to execute various marketing, social media, sales, public relations, and event coordination tasks. Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day events, sponsorships, and local involvement.
- Collaborate with team members and ensure effective communication.
- Take notes, send agendas, and assign tasks for event execution.
- Maintain up-to-date event calendars using Outlook.
- Establish project timelines to meet key milestones and deadlines.
- Analyze sales data to assess the impact of events on customer acquisition and retention.
- Engage with customers in ALLO offices to build relationships and provide coverage.
- Participate in community activities, Chamber lunches, and business networking events.
Requirements
- Associate or 4-year degree.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with motivational skills to inspire others.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt continuously.
