About the position

We are seeking a dynamic, versatile, and innovative Internal PR, Media, and Strategic Communications Professional to lead responsibilities across public relations, media relations, scientific publications, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building the company's public image, securing placements in prestigious media outlets and scientific journals, and positioning the company and its executives on a trajectory toward global impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across top-tier scientific outlets as well as digital and TV platforms to secure impactful media and social media placements.
  • Execute targeted PR campaigns to elevate the company's global brand as an industry leader.
  • Craft strategies aligning messaging with the company's vision for anticipated IPO and global leadership.
  • Build and refine corporate and executive branding narratives to establish thought leadership; storyboard impactful content to tell the company's story in innovative ways.
  • Identify opportunities to position the company and its executives in high-profile speaking engagements, conferences, and panel discussions.
  • Assist in preparing and publishing research in peer-reviewed journals, collaborating with scientists and thought leaders to translate technical findings into accessible narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Design, implement, and manage high-impact social media and digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on analytics to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Oversee the company's website, implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility, and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and digital outreach to maintain stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop written and visual content that reflects the company's mission and brand identity; produce press releases, op-eds, and multimedia materials to amplify initiatives.
  • Organize and execute events such as press briefings, investor meetings, and industry conferences, collaborating with partners and stakeholders to ensure success.

Requirements

  • Outstanding writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives across various platforms.
  • Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or digital marketing, including placements in top-tier outlets and scientific journals.
  • Strong background in corporate and executive branding narratives, storyboarding, and strategic communications.
  • Familiarity with social media campaigns, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven focus.
