The Public Relations Manager, Industry at Bentley Systems is responsible for overseeing the public relations strategy for a key industry within the company. Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive PR strategy tailored to the specific needs and goals of the assigned industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry-specific media, journalists, and influencers.
• Plan and execute integrated communications campaigns, leveraging a holistic communications approach.
• Develop compelling press releases, thought leadership articles, case studies, and other content.
• Plan and execute PR-related events, from salon dinners to media briefings at industry trade shows.
• Proactively manage potential PR crises, developing contingency plans and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
• Monitor and analyze PR campaign performance, providing regular reports to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the technology or infrastructure sectors.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to secure media placements and build relationships with the press.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Experience in an agency setting is highly desirable.
