This role is pivotal in managing strategic external communications and will involve handling complex issues, media relations, and communications planning. The Public Relations Manager will collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders on a wide array of public relations initiatives, including crisis and reputation management. The successful candidate will be responsible for building stakeholder trust and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results. This position is essential for driving and managing earned and paid media opportunities, ensuring that our communications align with our organizational goals and values. In this role, you will develop effective communication tools, including strategic plans, key messaging, research summaries, executive summaries, press releases, and presentations. You will be expected to quickly assess risks and opportunities to provide strategic counsel to the organization. Your expertise in public relations will be crucial in protecting our reputation and enhancing our visibility in the market. This position offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $115,000, depending on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, along with a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
