In this role, the Public Relations Manager will create and implement PR strategies that not only promote the company's brand but also protect its reputation during challenging times. The manager will lead, mentor, and manage the PR team, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the overall communication strategies of the organization. Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other media contacts will be crucial for success in this position. The responsibilities also include overseeing the creation and distribution of press releases, articles, blog posts, and other PR materials. The manager will plan and coordinate various PR events, such as press conferences, product launches, and media tours, ensuring that the company's messaging is consistent and accurate across all communication channels. Additionally, tracking media coverage and measuring the effectiveness of PR campaigns will be essential, with regular reports and insights provided to senior management. Collaboration with marketing, advertising, and executive teams will ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders will further promote and protect the company's brand and reputation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public relations.
  • Proven track record of successful media relations and crisis management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring and analysis tools.
  • Experience in MarTech and AdTech greatly preferred.
