Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive communication plans that align with the organization's goals.
• Draft various communication materials, including social media content, newsletters, and multimedia content.
• Enhance the organization's brand and reputation through effective communication channels.
• Assist in developing and implementing crisis communication strategies.
• Identify and engage with key community stakeholders through events and initiatives.
• Manage internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Act as the organization's spokesperson at public events and meetings.
• Monitor and analyze the impact of PR campaigns and provide insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communication, Marketing, Public Affairs, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related professional role, ideally within a government entity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in web content management and crisis management.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in communication, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the water utility industry.
