dormakaba is seeking a Public Relations Manager either as a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN (North American Headquarters) or remote. The Public Relations Manager is responsible for strategic external communications and will manage complex issues, media relations, communications planning and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders on a wide array of public relations initiatives, including crisis and reputation management. This role is crucial in building stakeholder trust and ensuring effective communication across various platforms. The Public Relations Manager will develop effective communication tools including strategic plans, key messaging, research summaries/analysis, executive summaries, press releases, and presentations. Additionally, the manager will quickly assess risks and opportunities to provide strategic counsel and proactively drive and manage earned and paid media opportunities. This position is vital for maintaining the company's reputation and ensuring that all communications align with the organization's goals and values.
