Your responsibilities will also include hiring and managing international agency partners to support PR activities, as well as adeptly handling complex and fast-moving communications challenges, both proactively and reactively. You will ensure that press releases, bylines, and other thought leadership content are optimized for key regions, including necessary translations. Furthermore, you will collaborate with agency partners to track and report key metrics on a quarterly basis, executing well-defined tasks and troubleshooting issues with minimal oversight from your manager. Understanding the team's role in contributing to the company's business outcomes will be essential, as will having a solid grasp of marketing processes and principles that can be communicated effectively to other teams.
