The Workforce Management Specialist at Motion Recruitment is a pivotal role within a well-known Financial Services Company located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is a long-term contract opportunity, expected to last for 18 months with potential for extensions or conversion to a permanent role. In this role, the Workforce Operations Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for resource and workforce planning. This includes overseeing requisition approvals, attrition tracking, Emotional Intelligence tracking, and workforce metrics. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for managers and business services leads, representing the department to central process teams. The position requires a strategic mindset to consult on complex initiatives that have a broad impact and necessitate large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting. The Workforce Management Specialist will also be tasked with reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted challenges within Technology Business Services Consulting. This involves evaluating various factors, including intangibles and unprecedented elements, to contribute to the resolution of intricate situations. A solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements is essential to meet deliverables effectively. The role demands excellent communication and presentation skills, as the specialist will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end process for resource/workforce planning.
  • Manage requisition approvals and attrition tracking.
  • Track Emotional Intelligence metrics and workforce hygiene.
  • Represent the department to central process teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and business services leads.
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience in support of Business Services or equivalent experience.
  • Technology workforce/resource management experience.
  • Process Management skills with the ability to model process flows and drive integration and improvement.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
