The position involves growing the Pulmonary Medicine Program, focusing on both outpatient and inpatient pulmonary medicine. The role includes consulting work with hospitalists and an ICU team that manages respiratory emergencies, providing a comprehensive approach to patient care. The position offers opportunities for local and regional program development, as well as the potential to integrate sleep medicine into the practice.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Pulmonary Medicine Program.
• Practice outpatient and inpatient pulmonary medicine.
• Consult with hospitalists and ICU teams on respiratory emergencies.
• Utilize state-of-the-art facilities including PFT labs and bronchoscopy suite.
• Develop local and regional programs in pulmonary medicine and sleep medicine.

Requirements

• Board certification in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
