About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Punch Out Technician to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.
• Familiarity with drywall techniques, cabinet installation, and remodeling practices is preferred.
• Skills in carpentry, including rough & trim work are highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall installation and finishing to ensure smooth surfaces ready for painting.
• Conduct thorough construction inspections to assess quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Install cabinets and fixtures, ensuring precise alignment and secure fittings.
• Engage in remodeling projects, collaborating with team members to meet project specifications.
• Fabricate custom components as needed for various construction tasks.
• Execute rough & trim carpentry work, including baseboards, crown molding, and other decorative elements.
• Assist on projects by providing support in installation and repairs.
• Install Hollow Metal Frames, Doors, Wood doors, hardware.
