Responsibilities
- Trash out of units
- Perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
- Maintain organization and attention to detail
- Conduct touch-up painting
- Complete requests from Supervisor and/or Property Manager
Requirements
- Must have own transportation and tools
- Skills in light drywall repair
- Experience in light electrical and plumbing work
- Ability to perform touch-up painting
- Strong work ethic and motivation
