About the position

The Purchase Coordinator at Longbridge Financial is responsible for ensuring timely loan purchases and maintaining data integrity within the Loan Origination System (LOS) and MERS systems. This role involves regular communication with internal and external partners to facilitate the purchase process and oversee MERS transfers. The position is office-based in Paramus, NJ, and requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily Purchase Advice in LOS for multiple channels, confirming pricing and reviewing data points for integrity.
• Coordinate and communicate with various internal and external contacts to ensure loans are purchased accordingly.
• Monitor MERS Transfers to ensure timely completion and follow up with lenders as necessary.
• Register daily Retail/Broker MERS on the MERS website.
• Assist with internal and external MERS Audits.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and capable of learning new software quickly.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
