Responsibilities

  • Assist new customers and existing Pennymac customers with their purchase loan needs.
  • Consult with clients about current and future financial goals related to purchase acquisitions.
  • Advise and educate clients on the home-buying process and mortgage management.
  • Counsel borrowers on mortgage solutions and provide guidance on product options.
  • Present all options to customers and apply appropriate pricing according to company guidelines.
  • Manage pipeline activities while meeting production goals and compliance requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

  • Origination and lending experience.
