About the position

The Purchase Sales Inventory Data Analyst at BTI Solutions is responsible for analyzing and managing inventory data to support sales targets and product fulfillment. This role requires strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. The analyst will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create reports using company data in Excel and maintain existing templates.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Analyze weekly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) to identify sales target status and drive product manufacturing.
  • Manage system-based tools for real-time sales and inventory information, conducting channel inventory analysis.
  • Provide updates on product arrival schedules and monitor variances against sales orders and forecasts.
  • Monitor team performance on KPIs and analyze metrics for process improvements.
  • Communicate daily with headquarters and cross-functional teams regarding production allocation and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience in finance, business, or supply chain management; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in telecommunications or wireless industry management of finance, logistics, or operations.
  • Proficient in data analytics, forecasting, and customer interface.
  • High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
  • Experience in developing KPI and executive dashboards, preferably in Tableau.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in product development and logistics issue resolution.
  • Ability to prepare sellout volume projections for marketing promotions.
  • Experience in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
