The role requires the development and management of budgets related to purchasing, as well as forecasting financial needs and managing cash flow. The Purchasing Accounting Manager will analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable financial outcomes. Additionally, the position involves implementing strategies to reduce procurement costs and building strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness. In this role, the Purchasing Accounting Manager will also be responsible for performing accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, preparing invoices, and ensuring that all financial transactions related to purchasing are accurately recorded. The position operates on a full-time schedule, with hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and offers a pay rate of $30.00 per hour. Candidates should be available to start immediately and possess strong attention to detail, as well as experience in direct communication with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with having direct communication with vendors and suppliers.
• Available to start immediately.
