Responsibilities

  • Efficiently create and issue purchase orders using the Electronic Resource Platform (ERP) to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods, services, and equipment.
  • Receive and process electronic requests, manage transactions, and address any issues such as back orders or shipping delays.
  • Monitor and track order statuses, ensuring timely follow-up and verification of deliveries.
  • Expedite and manage urgent order requests to meet critical operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, regularly communicating to confirm order details and delivery dates.
  • Assist with resolving invoice exceptions to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements
