About the position

The Purchasing and Logistics Analyst at LGM Pharma, LLC is responsible for optimizing procurement processes and managing supply chain logistics. This role involves close collaboration with the quality team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, while also driving cost-saving initiatives through data analysis and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, forecast needs, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Create and manage domestic and international purchase orders throughout the life cycle of the PO.
  • Manage inventory levels and monitor supply chain logistics to enhance efficiency.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and data analyses.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Review and approve documentation as it relates to the pharmaceutical field to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in resolving any supply chain disruptions or issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization necessary.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations is a plus.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with competitive hourly wage of $24 - $28.
