Responsibilities

  • Purchase supplies and parts for the Mount Vernon location.
  • Assist with accounts receivables and accounts payable tasks.
  • Support general office tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other office departments to manage workload effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration or purchasing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong computer operating skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
